This place has gone so down hill. i came here on 09/28/26 around 9-10 am. The girl taking my order was very passive aggressive. I get it when you have ur days or a customer is rude to you it can ruin ur day. but she was very dismissive. even after she had her attitude, she told me “this is the most important question to me” then showed the tipping screen. which is fine, I tip anyways. After i clicked to tipped snatched the screen around and hit confirm. no thanks or anything just completely annoyed and huffed. they always make your drink wrong or if not that they give you the wrong order and look at you crazy for noticing it’s not your correct order.

This is my last chance with this Dutch bros. I ask for whipped cream this is what it looks like. The person was nice who took my order but a lot of these employees need a little more disciplinary action. I have gotten the most rudest, snarky employees who mess up drinks and I’m just done. I’m sorry but it’s only the truth. The woman who took my order is the only one who was good at their job today. Other times, I have gotten rude comments from the workers and very inconsistent service.

ginger guy is nice. everyone else seems like they’d rather be anywhere else. they stare at you like they’re confused why you’re here.
