    Taija was incredibly sweet, helpful, and pleasant! She went completely out of her way to help us customize a drink, and she even wrote down the exact recipe so it’s easier for us to order next time. I really appreciate that she took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and made sure to get it right. The drink tasted great, and Taija's amazing energy totally made our night. Thanks so much!

    We've been loyal customers at this location for over seven years and always prefer Dutch Bros. I even consider myself a regular. However, tonight's experience was incredibly disappointing. The worker was completely unpersonable, and when it came time to pay, they bluntly asked, “Do you want to leave a tip? It’s only like a dollar.” Let me clarify, I gladly tip for every drink, with my account that is set up to automatically do so. To be asked with a dismissive attitude that implies money has no value felt gross and entitled. I’ve never experienced this here before,

    I love this Dutch bros, and I won't doc stars bc of the experience I had today with a newer team member. Me and my daughters go to this dutch all the time, to the point where they know my order. So this time I ordered my ice mocha and a chocolate chip muffin top, I paid and got to the window and the new team member accidentally cleared my order on her screen, so they couldn't see what I ordered, I told her, and she saw my drink and gave it. Then I said I did order a chocolate chip muffin top, she gave me a skeptical look and then proceeded to ask everyone loudly if the ice mocha order had a muffin top with it. So, I took that as her accusing me of trying to steal. I usually don't let that stuff get to me but with this longer process of getting my order and then being accused of lying had my car in park for just too long for my baby in the back to start screaming. It was all frustrating. I can understand needing to confirm order info, but maybe next time do it more discretely instead of giving me looks and then handling it that way. Other than today's experience I love this location and has been a part of me and my daughters adventure days! So thank you guys!

    I always have a good experience with the service, but yesterday I went in and I ordered a shark attack with red strawberry boba's which cost an additional dollar, I'm okay with paying for what I want, but when I got my beverage it was literally 6 bubba's in my drink and I was thinking I know I didn't just pay for six bubba's so I was a little annoyed I probably won't be going back to that location
