The one time she did acknowledge me she was very rude! I don’t normally leave reviews about baristas being disrespectful to me but then I also noticed her being very short and snarky to her coworkers!!! I love this stand but I genuinely hope to never see her again, hold this one accountable!!!!

My person, so sweet, sincerely cared and allowed me to whine/vent a bit. I have no family or friends near me, it was just so nice and kind. Kindness is free. They are wonderful.

Well I got my kicker, fav drink! Blended with soft top through the drink! Barely got out the car and it just slipped out of my hands. I wanted to cry. Just so sad! Wanted my drink! I got bavk into my car and went back. I explained to them what happened. She didnt aske me any questions, she was super sweet, and remade my drink.! One happy happy mama here. Thank you! This is my fav spot! Close to our place and never had a bad experience!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
