    I just sat behind a car for 15 minutes while 4 girls and a guy working were putting on lipstick and giggling with the girl in the car?? doesn’t seem like the place to just hang out with ur friend and yap. I am dumbfounded

    One-star experience on June 23, 2026, at approximately 6:50 p.m. I clearly ordered two custom espresso drinks at the drive-thru. The employee taking the order heard me correctly, repeated that the order was for two drinks, and quoted me a total of a little over $7. I have ordered the same or a very similar order at this location before and paid approximately the same amount for two drinks, so I had no reason to believe anything was wrong. At the window, another employee handed me only one drink. I told him that I had ordered two. While we were discussing it, another employee brought the second drink to the window, meaning it had already been received and prepared as part of my original order. Despite that, the employee at the window insisted that I had only paid for one drink and charged my card a second time for approximately another $7. He then blamed the employee who took the order, saying that she was new and did not know what she was doing. From my perspective, I was charged twice after clearly ordering two drinks and being quoted one total price for the complete order. I paid the second charge because I did not want to continue arguing at the drive-thru, but the entire interaction felt unprofessional and unfair. If a new employee is not properly trained to enter orders and quote correct totals, management should supervise that employee before allowing them to handle customer payments. Customers should not have to pay for staff mistakes after an order has already been confirmed and prepared. To make the experience worse, both drinks were overly sweet and did not taste good. I already preferred driving farther to Starbucks because the quality is more consistent, and after this experience I will not be returning to this Dutch Bros location. Management should review the transactions and speak with the employees who were working around 6:50 p.m. on June 23.

    Outside guy was new - got our order wrong. Went to window, they remade our drinks - one was wrong. I told them - they said they could remake it again…I passed. Upon giving the review above, customer service responded and I appreciate their effort to “make it right” - so, I upped the overall rating from 3-4.

    I've been here a few times now and out of five visits I've had 3/5 drinks made wrong. The staff is very friendly, but it was a bit frustrating this morning, the music inside was so loud that I basically had to yell it to the person taking the order. I asked for a hot oat milk latte with vanilla and I got an iced oat milk latte without any flavor. I didn't ask for a correction because they were already busy and it had taken 15 mins for my drink (the drink I got was great, but yet not what I asked for again). I think I will go elsewhere for coffee going forward because the service just isn't consistent imho for how much you have to pay for a drink.
