I’ve wasted so many hours of my life here. Chronically understaffed, the lobby frequently closed, forcing you to sit in a drive thru line agonizingly long. The poor overworked employees trying to keep up. Where is the management? The place is always a mess. I just watched another car bail from the drive thru line while I waited.

Overcharged and admitted to it on phone , Chanel and Kaylee managers on site are irresponsible and do not train staff , hung up on when Chanel said she was on break so it wasn’t her fault. No receipt given here on May 6th 2026 at approximately 8:05 pm buying a cherry dipped cone and heath brownie cup fection, changed 2 twice for one of them and told I had to go back even with everything confirmed over the phone. Rude on call back and hung up on first call.

Went for a hot dog and a chili cheese dog. The app said I get a free small shake but they were out of milk... The hot dog was gone but the chilli cheese dog was bad. The chilli was cold and the cheese was hard.
Stick to the frozen products, if they have them?

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Dairy Queen. The manager, Chanel, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the start.
She acted like she already knew my order without actually listening, then proceeded to get it wrong—When I pointed this out, instead of fixing the issue, she responded with attitude and even laughed, which was incredibly disrespectful as she claimed to be a manager.
It’s unacceptable for anyone in a management position to behave this way. A manager should be setting the standard for customer service, not making the experience worse. An playing with our food.
I expect accuracy, basic respect, and accountability when I’m paying for food. This experience failed on all fronts. I will be contacting Dairy Queen corporate because this level of service should not be ignored.

I honestly don’t understand how this place is still operating at this point. Every single time I come here, something is wrong with my order. They constantly forget basic items like sauces, fries, utensils — things that should be automatic in any fast food place. It’s not just a one-time mistake, it literally happens almost every visit.
On top of that, the staff often seem uninterested and unfriendly. No greeting, no apology when they mess up, and sometimes they even act annoyed when you point out their mistakes. It feels like customers are just an inconvenience to them.
The wait times can also be ridiculous, especially considering that even after waiting, the order still ends up incomplete or incorrect. I’ve had to come back multiple times just to get what I originally paid for, which is beyond frustrating.
Quality control here is clearly non-existent. Food is sometimes cold, poorly assembled, or just sloppy overall. For a chain that’s supposed to have standards, this location completely fails to meet even the most basic expectations.
I gave this place multiple chances thinking it might improve, but it never does. At this point, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you enjoy wasting your time and dealing with constant mistakes.
