  I have been coming to this location for years. Today I received the worst service ever from the girl at the register. I was ignored at their pickup window for over 10mins while an entire line of people were served at the main window. So I left the pickup window and got in the normal line so I could let them know I was there for my order. When I finally got to the counter a girl named Uzlain or Yazlin, or something similar, said “what do you want”. I was in the middle of saying my name and that I’m here for my mobile order but she cut me off and pointed to the other window, which was still closed and unattended. She said, “pick up orders over there” and then proceed to ignore me as I attempted to reason with her. There was no one left behind me in line. This girl simply had no desire to work. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and seemed intentionally rude.

  The only bad thing ive experienced at this location was speed. Theyre not setup to be as busy as they are. But the food is consistent and good, the desserts have always been what theyre supposed to be and the staff has always been on the ball.

  I give DQ another chance every few years to win me over and it never quite does. Burger was flat and gross and the fries were severely undercooked. Plus impossible to read the menu as it's inside and you order outside through glass. Kind of a dump of an exterior...univiting. Service however was pretty good,

  i live across the country and ordered doordash from here for my boyfriend who is currently near this location . all he wanted was a drink but i ordered him a COMBO. they did not send the drink that goes with the COMBO i ordered & when the door dasher asked the employees for my drink, they were told that i wasn't supposed to get one.. why wouldn’t a drink come with a COMBO??? my drink is clearly on my order ticket and you can clearly see, in my reference photo, that only the food was provided to the dasher. my boyfriend and i BOTH called the store over 10 times EACH to get the issue rectified & no answer. im not one to ever leave a review and the situation & my frustration could have been resolved by speaking to a team member but they’re clearly too lazy to double check an order ticket and pick up the phone. PISS POOR customer service
