  No. Just no. I'm not exactly how they cook their brisket but it does not appear to be smoked. There is a bark, which is curious, but definitely Not smoked. It was very "pot roast adjacent." I mean this with all due respect but any real texan or southerner with any bbq experience for that matter, would be embarrassed to serve what we had. I know we aren't in the south but if you've had texas brisket or bbq in the Carolinas avoid this place like the plague. That being said, the place seems busy so maybe my opinion is moot. If you are a local, give it a try I guess, but then someday make your way to TX/NM/AZ and grab some brisket or a beef rib from really anywhere and you'll see exactly why I'm so bummed about this place.

  Loved that their website let me place a delivery order from ~6k km (I am from Canada) away to surprise a friend for their birthday party. They really enjoyed the food. Keep doing a great job and I will continue to pick you first for their important events. Great portion sizes. <3 to all your staff. (To the owner: You are a nerd! :3 Love it. Keep up the great job. If I am ever in the area I will be going here.)

  Always love going to this place for food, owners really friendly and is pretty much a perfect place for BBQ on a long day. Typically order the Brisket from them, and have yet to be disappointed in the six years I've lived nearby.

  I am new to this area, and was happy to find a decent BBQ place nearby. I have been here twice to date.... had rib tips the first time, they were ok... 3 of 5 stars. Second visit I got a half pound of Smoked Brisket. It was pretty good... not overly fatty, and smoky and tender - 4 of 5 stars. Service was excellent both times. I did not get photos but will do so in the future!

  I ordered a mac & cheese and a half pound brisket. This was terrible my mac & cheese taste like their ants in it just by the flavor. It was really mushy and just not the best. The second part is I got my brisket and it was hard as a rock. it was tough. It was like it was sitting under a hot oven for hours on end. The only didn’t save that dish barely was the fat trim. I ordered the DoorDash. I was extremely hungry and I’m extremely disappointed. I’m never ordering this again. You guys need to work on your freshness for $40 plate. I should’ve got at least a freshness.
