  How does this place have 3 stars? I eat have been eating here for 2 yrs. Excellent service. Healthy food for a damn good price. It is pretty close to downtown so the bathrooms are locked. One thing I love about Chipotle is they all are pretty much the same. Service. Atmosphere. And good food. I don't think I've ever seen a Chipotle with only 3 stars. So here's two more 🤩

  Solid location, been going every week for the past year and it’s the best in the area. The staff is nice and works hard to keep the kitchen environment clean!

  I’ve gone to this location a few times and I’ve always been met with kindness but tonight there was a gentleman working that very clearly did NOT wanna be there, he was rude and dismissive, as he served our bowls he was quite literally flinging food across the line as he pulled the spoon out of each item, he was extremely rude and rushed, it was also very clear that the lady, Gracie I believe, working at the till was rather uneasy with his attitude. I do know the manager on shift was outside taking his break with a coworker so maybe the attitude was because he was left unattended and didn’t have someone to watch over him but either way he was rude and left us feeling extremely unwelcome. There was two men working inside at the time and it was not the gentleman with the tattoos, this was a younger gentleman with a visor and Afro. With this as we entered at 9:30 they where putting chairs up and continued to rush and put them away while we waited in line, which really wasn’t the biggest issue it was just another thing that was frustrating considering the harshness we received after.

  Ordered twice from this location, first time I thought it was an off day. But second time, same thing. The bowl was barely full! Appeared to have 1 small scoop of rice and 1 small scoop of beans. Along with 6 other toppings, my bowl looked so sad. The sour cream was really runny, everything else taste fine. Just not a whole lot of it. Apparently this seeems to be a frequent complaint here.

  I ordered online about a week or so ago and when I showed up to pick up my food they claimed they had to close early for construction and the manager didnt turn off their online ordering. They expressed that they would have to refund us the following day. (I wasnt the only person denied my food) I called the following day and was told I needed to call corporate. Corporate sent me through circles and said I needed my account number when I dont have one. I just ordered as a guest online! Long story short, the money was taken from my account with zero services provided to me. Pretty sure if the situation was reversed, you would call me a theif...
