When I went to go get a new bowl I wasn't going to say anything but I saw her reprimand an employee across the entire kitchen super loud for guests to hear. Very un professional. So she gave me a refund but she can't give me my time and my positive mental attitude back. Please don't reprimand employees in front of me. It makes my food taste like abuse. And late stage capitalism.

The completed orders were being put on a table in the back (instead of the pickup shelves) where we couldn't get to them and employees were too lazy to actually lookup the order status. Waited 20 minutes for someone to finally fetch our order after it was completed.

- DBDylan BerryApr 1, 20261.0I come into Chipotle a minimum of 4 days a week. I got a new job, so I came into this one because it's closer. I asked for cilantro on my burrito and was told they wouldn't do it because it's illegal unless they pour some weird stuff on it. Never has anyone told me no, maybe they didn't know they had it but that's the worse. Clark county food requirements say raw cilantro is ok unless it's kept unsanitary. So I guess I should just assume that this chipotle is unsanitary. Would make sense tho, because the guy you even piped up and stopped the extremely nice worker making the burrito was cooking without gloves or a hair net. Beyond irritated, definitely will never go back. So I guess I'll just switch to Baja fresh, which is further but probably worth it
