Great service at this store. It was reassuring to see a staff member carefully checking temps on all the food while I waited for my sugar to pay my bill. My cilantro rice bowl hit the spot, thank you!

No greetings, no questions, no small talk, no eye contact. Kinda awful: I was going to take it personally, but they treated everyone this way… They yelled at each other plenty, though. The no-fun energy extends into the dining room, which is poorly lit, looks dingy, and projects a “get out” vibe. No complaints about the food, which was good. Just not good enough to put up with a lousy experience for. There are other Chipotles in town. Maybe try one of them.
