My coworker ordered a chicken burrito, and a different employee packed it with chicken, even though we paid the same price. The inconsistency was pretty frustrating. I guess I’ll just order a burrito next time because… what the heck, Chipotle?

My second-to-most recent visit, I had to ask them to remake my bowl because the chicken was so salty I couldn’t eat it. There was a manager in the line who was being really rude to his employees and didn’t even try to make amends about me needing a new bowl. Like, he made it, but he was super dismissive and rude about it. I used to work at a chipotle, and that kind of service would’ve never passed our standards.
