He meant 5 whole pickles, much to my delight. Everyone is always to polite and everything is always so clean here too.

- AJAndrew JohnsonApr 9, 20261.0Their delivery app uses doordash, which is absolutely atrocious, they have messed app my order so many times to the point where I have lost faith in this location, on top of that, when you use Chick-fil-A delivery, it redirects you to DoorDash, and then you are then considered a third party user, In which any disputes get thrown out the door, i paid thirty three dollars for food, and when I was only delivered the spoons and napkins and sauces, i disputed it and only got $2 back, i mean, in one hand you think that the employees hired here by people who call themselves a professional adult manager would know how to bag something properly. But then, in the other hand you'd think people hired by DoorDash would know which bag to grab, idk im just frustrated that I can spend $33 on an order and then get spit on and thrown around and only get sent $2 back when they realize somebody messed up, the economy not in a place where people can afford mess ups! I've already disputed it with my bank and got my money back but it's the principal of the entire situation that really makes me pissed off.
