  PLEASE stop using those awful straws for the milkshakes! Those straws completely take away all the positivity of those amazing shakes!

  I ordered a single Walla Walla Onion ring and it was perfection. They used to have a bean based veggie patty which was delicious. At some point since the last time I tried Burgerville they switched out to a House veggie patty which I will never order again. It might be an imitation of impossible? It was mushy, bland, a strange shade of pink and no discernable plant ingredients which is what I enjoy in a standard veggie patty that isn't trying to be beef-like. Maybe if it was heavily seasoned it would be palatable. I didn't finish it. They could probably charge less or improve profits by reducing quality of packaging. Everything is wrapped or boxed like a little gift with super sturdy materials. It's unusual. I had been avoiding Burgerville since pandemic days when the kids that "worked" there would just shut down the store early or start later than the time posted. I had worked a 16 hour shift as a nurse and waited all day looking forward to a milkshake from Burgerville. I waited in a long line at drive thru around 830 pm that day (before the posted closing time). They decided to just close and not take any more orders by the time it was my turn at the speaker. There was a long line behind me. There was a whole crew of teenagers inside just deciding to not work. I hadn't been back since and might not return. Why should tipping even be an option for my conscience in this kind of food establishment?

  1st timers! Came very late from PDX, delayed flight, hungry, pouring rain.everything else was closed. But what a wonderful surprise. Our burgers & fries were delicious. We will definitely be back! Our dogs loved their hambuger patty too, but honestly, they are just not that picky! Thank you for saving our night! Wish you were on the coast!

  Food is really good. But Using an extension to have me insert my card is a 2020 problem. The fact that were still doing this is disrespectful and laziness. It makes the customer look like they are having issues trying to insert the card? You hand me a receipt and my food and handle cash?. Why cant you just handle my card? And to ask for a tip as well.?? The fast food industry is getting lazier and more expensive and the food still tastes the same....
