- VSVanessa SifuentesJul 1, 20261.0Maddie is extremely rude. We ordered two onion rings each with one ranch (two ranch total). We only received one ranch. We waited in the drive-thru and asked for our second ranch that we ordered. She responded "that will be 50 cents". We told her it was on our order and we only received one ranch we paid for two. She rolled her eyes had a major attitude about it. When she gave us our ranch we said, "thanks" and she again rolled her eyes and slammed the drive-thru window shut. Very strange behavior and unnecessary. Maddie sucks at her job.
