- AMAllen MAug 20, 20262.0Well all good things had to come to an end, after eating here for 30 years and always being told that Grilled onions added to a burger are always free, not this time, I was charged without being told of the change. This is called Dark marketing when a restaurant is doing bad. They apply hidden charges to everyone’s bill in order to make up the money. After 30 years, they have officially lost a customer. Pay attention to your receipt.

About 8 hours later, I was extremely sick and experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. I am very positive that it was either the cheeseburger or milkshake that made me super sick. I have never gotten sick from any other Burgerville location that I have ordered food from. The workers there must not be cleaning the ice cream machine properly and cooking food properly. Or the staff is very unhygienic. I absolutely will not be coming back to this location.
