  I called in with a customer complaint about my order that I receive for takeout that was not correct, And while ordering I had a person named Finn who was joking on the microphone, I was met with attitude and rudeness by a manager named Connie she hung the phone up on me. I called back she stated it was a mishap, but she did it on purpose. She knew who I was by description and I believe it was motivated in some kind of way. I did not appreciate it and I was very disappointed with your services. I will be posting on my website about the negative attitude of the manager Connie and the poor service that I received.

  We are from Walla Walla but reside now in Vancouver. For the last 3 years we have watched for the onion rings. Well today we decided to have a full lunch in the restaurant. We each ordered the WW burger, a small raspberry shake and 5 onion rings. Total was over $35.00. We bothe decided we will never have to do that again, the burger was so sloppy and had so much mayo on it that's all I could taste, I should have read the description better, American cheese???? Yuk. The onion rings were gigantic and the breading was overpowering the onion. The shakes were good. Sorry for the negative review but it really was just horrid. We have enjoyed the onion rings in the past, you must have changed something.

  Did you know, Burgerville buys local food, in season food, allows the employees to receive tips, give a poo about things. Vote with your dollar, it matters. :) Public bathrooms. Clean. Friendly. Quality fast food. Fair Wages.
