- IHI'm Yore Huckleberry!May 11, 20265.0Burgerville is a local, classic chain located in Washington and Oregon. If you grew up in these states, you likely grew up getting Burgerville food. Summers often consisted of swimming in local rivers and lakes and then topping off the day with a burger and milkshake. Over the years the prices for Burgerville have gotten pretty steep for a fast food joint, but my understanding is that they work to pay their staff better than typical fast food restaurants. They also source a lot of their ingredients locally and have some regular seasonal foods that are really special (massive Walla Walla Onion Rings, Blackberry Shakes, etc). Burgerville has a soft spot in my heart. It may be Nostalgia, but it will never likely go away. Worth trying out to have a classic taste of the Northwest. Every location is pretty much the same, so whichever one you come by should be solid.
