Lower quality food, items out of stock half the day, shake machines not running until later in the day (in summer of all times), and more. Food is still good, at least by fast food standards. But not up to the normal expectations. Pick a different location if you want the food. This one is honestly a disgrace to the burgerville name when you compare it side by side with another location. Hopefully corporate gets them back in line soon.
