- KMkira marsdenJul 18, 20262.0honestly disgusted in the manager richard. when i came in to order a cake for a birthday, every idea i gave he replied with “that’s going to look ugly”. another response from him was “it’s your cake but it’s going to look terrible”. honestly i gave up at that point and said do whatever you think is going to look good as long as it has oreos, cookie crumbles and a lot of chocolate dripping. $43. not a problem. when i picked up the cake, same issue as 2 weeks ago when picking up my own birthday cake “are you sure that’s the name? is it under a different name?” found my cake, bless the two employees working especially the girl i didn’t get her name but she was so apologetic through this whole process. recieved my cake, completely not what i ordered. no crumbles, not a lot of dripping chocolate. opened it up on the drive home FANTASIC!!! 2-3 hairs vibing on the top. called back, she said she was calling richard her manager. she called me back “he wants you to return the cake in order for a refund”. amazing, so now wasting even more gas driving back there. even asked for an email to provide pictures as we had reservations to go to and we didn’t have a lot of time. nope had to go all the way back there. so thanks for my refund i guess. but please figure out a more organised way for pickups instead of digging through freezers struggling to find an order. additionally, i would reccomend putting richard through basic customer service training. a manager telling a customer “nope that’s gonna look ugly” is honestly laughable. so honestly two experiences in 2 weeks with lost orders and fluffy cakes, no thank you. and the cake from the first order was so incredibly dry.

The cone tasted like what you would imagine a horse's stall would taste like, a clear indicator of rancid oil. The young female worker behind the counter asked if they could help a peer (assumed friend?) before helping us, even though we were there first. Bad customer service, rancid food, horrible overall experience. We will not be back. For nearly $30 for 2 people, the food poisoning and poor service were unacceptable and not worth the time or expense.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
