  I order 2 McChickens add ketchup, 1 small vanilla shake, 1 pie, 1 large fry. The shake was pure liquid and the girl who gave it to me knew and quickly closed the window before I could say something ...then there was a brown hair in my McChicken.... I threw my whole meal away. I didnt both going in based on the interaction at the window. I'm a manager, and this just was gross.

  Extremely rude management. Loudly declared "dining area is closed for a reason." I was on foot and just hoping to order something and go on. I walked away.

  My good friend and me went to this location every single day afyer school. I am a good customer I don’t vape in the bathrooms, I don’t scream, I don’t steal, I don’t start fights, and I always have money to pay for my food. I am so disappointed, I am a paying customer and i get treated as if I am a homeless person peeing on the food. Anyways we knocked on the door hoping to order inside since it was freezing. The stupid manager tells me that I am not allowed inside. I was pissed. Let me tell you something if I want my after school Diet Coke I will get it. So the next time these workers don’t let me in I will flip out and file a formal complaint on everyone. I hope you’re happy because you’re losing customers and the establishment is losing value. Thank you

  Went to this McDonald's tonight. I have kids so we order from here quite often 1x a week or more (don't judge), I always use the app to order pickup either drive through or curbside. Tonight I forgot to order the sauces for the chicken and the fries so I asked at the window. The guys tried to charge me $2.20. 😆 🤣 Lolol I almost fell out my car laughing. Never once have I been charged for some basic sauces, Ranch, Sweet n Sour, etc. In fact, when you order curbside they bring everything out on a tray with sauces, and other things you may need and they ask you if you would like or need any other sauces with your order. Additionally, our fries (4 medium fries) were all cold and they were barely filled even half way. He also shoved ALL of the food I ordered into 1 small bag. The bag was overflowing to the point I couldn't even roll the top over to try to keep the whatever heat there was in the bag. And when lifting the bag to bring it into the house it ripped of course because of the amount of food he shoved in. Where did they get this guys from? Terrible customer service.
