After being a loyal Customer of Chipotle for the past 17 years (and visiting dozens of Chipotle locations all across the US), I have to write to let you all know that Chipotle in University Place (Tacoma) is TOP NOTCH! I’ve never seen a Chipotle Restaurant so spotless! I’ve only dined here three times and this was the course of over three months. The Employees are always happy, HARDWORKING, and takes great care of their Customers. I live about 10 min from this location and have to admit I stopped eating at Chipotle for a few years. After revisiting the Company at this location, I’ve rediscovered how rejuvenating it was to eat healthy again! And it’s more than just a restaurant, it’s a nice getaway from reality as I order my food and I just relax, read my book, or even catch up on my emails. but honestly, I’ve never seen a staff of people at Chipotle, this professional, looking, clean, cut, and just care about their work. Seriously, the most spotless location I’ve ever been to! Please recognize all the employees there as they do such a great job and make customers like me return again and again for more.

Annnnd I'm still disappointed after today. Decided to hit this location on the way home. Bowls are like 2/3s the size other locations make them. The chip bag was HALF crumbs, no bs. The girl at the window seemed like she hated her job. Idk if its management or what, but I gave this place 2 chances. There won't be a 3rd.

I felt nauseated while eating it. I never had the issue with the location in Lakewood Town Center they give good portions and I never once gotten sick off their food quality and the food had flavor to it. But this location is not satisfying to me at all.
