The staff who handle pickup orders are always very friendly, and the self-checkout employees have been extremely helpful whenever I’ve had coupon issues. Unfortunately, the produce selected for pickup orders is often subpar. I’ve received cantaloupes that were completely unripe, and the pre-cut cantaloupe bowls have sometimes contained far too much rind. The quality of other produce chosen for my orders has also been disappointing. I appreciate the friendly service and convenience, but I hope Safeway improves its quality control and trains pickup staff to select fresh, ripe produce as carefully as customers would choose it themselves.
- JJJeffery JonesAug 10, 20261.0Used to go here alot until it started smelling like dog shit and piss from all the homeless people they allow to live in their parking lot and apparentlt from what we have seen, an rv trailer on a truck in the picture and the other homeless we have seen staying there in an old rv bus all have 3 dogs they walk in the parking lot and do not pick up after their animals. Id rather drive further away so i dont have to walk in and out of the smell of dog shit and piss with my groceries. Get your parking lot in order Safeway and stop letting these people trash your property.
