I think her name was Marissa, but we were checking out and she told us to stop and let her fill out the survey before we could pay. She did not let us fill it out ourselves, and after giving herself the 10 star review we asked if that was necessary and she responded with “does it matter” in a very rude tone. We wouldn’t have cared at all until she started being rude and arguing with us over a survey. We were told by another employee the survey was optional and for the customers to fill out, we felt very disrespected and that was not a good customer service experience for us. Everyone else there is super nice, just not her.

Their pharmacy needs a better organization system for their employees & patients. I had to switch pharmacies. It was just too difficult to get my prescriptions. It's becoming more and more frustrating to shop there.
