  I do like popping into McDonald’s from time to time, but this is one of the worst branches I’ve ever been to. I usually go for a latte or a cappuccino, but the coffee is undrinkable every single time – it tastes as though the beans have been over-roasted. What’s more, yesterday this restaurant surprised me even more: when I ordered a McCrispy Deluxe, all I got was a bun, a patty and some lettuce. I don’t think I need to mention how many more ingredients there should have been. Even a standard McCrispy should have more ingredients than the burger I received (the Deluxe). This order was placed on 05/02/2026 at around 9.50pm. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time to go back and get another burger that was cooked properly, because you have to wait at least 10 minutes for your order every time. I hope the restaurant management will take note of this review and take steps to improve the quality of service and food preparation.

  If you have cash, don’t bother. Waited 8 minutes at the front counter while workers just walked past looking at me. Terrible customer service. Just do your job lol it’s McDonalds bro

  Refused to take my order at the counter. "We have these kiosks for you to place your order". When asked if they are no longer having orders at the counter, she repeated the same. I don't work for McDonald's. I don't want to use your kiosks. Less employees, less overhead, higher prices. My meal that 4 years ago was about $6 after tax is now over $14.
