    Amazing people and so good! Just be mindful that you'll be waiting for awhile if you want to go here for your pre-work caffeine.

    Never been here before and got a blended drink, the girl making the drinks made them iced and when I told her they are supposed to be blended she was extremely rude the rest of the time my daughter and I sat at the window waiting for the drinks to be finished.

    Very slow. Every time. It’s worth going elsewhere. The owners don’t care since they still get business. Staying behind the same three cars for over 15-20 minutes is a waste of time and shows you don’t have good management in place or you have staffing issues. Id highly recommend going to the local shops who are putting in the effort for your money and business and who actually care about your time and not just your dollar.

    Literally used to be my fav Dutch when I came up here to visit and now it’s so slow that I’m not coming back. 20+ minutes for the drive thru is absolutely insanity, and the service doesn’t even match it.

    I used to go here daily, for years, now I avoid it like the plague. first off, one time they charged me my total(about $17), gave themselves a $30 tip, then when i complained, they said they would refund me, but needed to ring me up again, for the $17, and never refunded me. I absolutely think it was on purpose, by how they acted. Ended up being about $70 for 3 small drinks. Upon reaching out to customer service, I didn't even get an apology, just $30 refunded. They ignored my entire email and had no consideration or worries about how their employee acted. The girl who was 'training someone' even said (infront of me, after giving herselfna $30 tip) not to hand 'people like me' the tablet because I might drive away with it. When I say I came daily, for a long time, I mean I had like 2000 points saved up, which would be about 8 free drinks i saved up, out of those 8, I'd say 3 I actually received, or were made right before I vowed to not come here anymore. Even if THEY mess up reward drinks 'they cant remake them' Idk what happened to this place in the last year, but it is awful. It didn't used to be like this. I've been left waiting in my car for over 40 minutes while employees chat with each other at the window. I used to easily spend over $100 a week. Oh well money saved for me I guess.
