She is such a pleasure to deal with and might I add super funny. She always seems to lift my spirits and frankly takes customer service up to another level. - JJjoe jonartMay 5, 20262.0I have been a long-time Dutch Bros supporter. Ever since they opened and we had stamp cards. Been part of the Dutch Mafia for a long time. But when I went into this one in Tumwater which is a great location, it has an indoor area. I thought it might be cool to check it out and go inside and place an order. Well 20 minutes later for my two frozen drinks. That is the longest it's ever taken. I think the drive-thru is the priority which is fine but when people come in because they want to see the experience of being inside I would think they would just take the drink orders as they come. Not happy about this one... Oh wait, it's been over 20 minutes. I'm still waiting for my drinks. In the meantime, I probably watched 30 cars go through the drive-thru.

The staff here are always the best they’re kind, attentive, and always very easy to talk to. My girlfriend and myself greatly appreciate the amazing service every time we come through and so did our puppy getting her first pup cup. 10/10 would rate higher stars on every category if I could.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
