Management needs to come in and start getting this store back to being good Edit: they even served people who showed up after me, and when I spoke up they apologized to the other customer who was in line. Most likely will never come back

- DPDyanne ParnelJun 6, 20262.0You would think that I would learn not to stop at this location.But it's the only one there is on the way through olympia by the freeway. I had placed an order to pick up and when I got there to pick it up at the designated time, it wasn't ready. This was after they told me I had to go through the drive thru and not in the lobby to pick it up and I waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes to be told my order hadn't even been made yet. I asked for a refund as I was already late and they said I had to call for a refund. Every time I go to this location, they are very busy with a lot of cars, which is to be expected. However, twice now the line is because the Barista at the window is just chatting with the customer at the window even after they've gotten their drinks. Today is Saturday June 6th and I stopped by at 6:30 AM. There was one car at the window and one pulled in right in front of me. We waited over 5 minutes and the barista was just chatting with the person in the car while other cars pulled in behind us. I finally just left as did the car behind me. Dutch is great but this place needs new management.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
