  I went through the dry through and I asked them to.Please make fresh potatoes for my cheesy fiesta.Potatoes and I got home and they are completely old. Also, my b p five layer is so incredibly chewy.That I can't even hardly chew it.Because it is very old. I worked at taco bell for many years, and I understand the struggle. But this is completely unacceptable

  Another Corporate Cash Grab – I’m Done with Taco Bell I’ve finally had enough. Taco Bell clearly thinks their customers are blind, but we definitely noticed when you quietly gutted the Build Your Own Luxe Cravings Box. It is a transparent, pathetic attempt to squeeze every possible dollar out of the working person while offering less and less in return. Removing the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito from the standard selection is the definition of penny-pinching. You’ve taken a fan favorite and moved it behind a higher paywall or replaced it with cheaper fillers, all while the prices continue to climb. It’s a total rip-off designed to see just how much they can take from us before we notice. This isn't just one bad experience, either. First, it was the Rainier store pulling these stunts, and now this location is doing the exact same thing. It’s a corporate-wide strategy to rip people off by devaluing the menu and hoping we won't do the math. I’m tired of supporting a business that treats its loyal customers like ATMs. If you’re going to continue to prioritize greed over value and take away the very items that made the meal worth it, you don't deserve a cent of my money. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
