    I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's location that reflects poorly on both customer service and management. I placed and paid for a mobile app order before arriving at the restaurant. When I got there, I was informed that my order had been canceled. I did not cancel the order, I never received any notification that it had been canceled, and no refund was issued back to my card. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of customer service. Rather than apologizing or attempting to help resolve the issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude and told that the app had canceled the order and there was nothing they could do. No effort was made to provide the food I had already paid for, issue a refund, contact support, or offer any reasonable solution. I then spoke with the General Manager, Abraham, expecting that a manager would take ownership of the situation and help find a resolution. Instead, I was met with what I can only describe as arrogance and indifference. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no concern for the fact that I had been charged for an order I never received. As the discussion became more frustrating, Abraham's response was not to de-escalate the situation or address my concerns, but to tell me, "I'm not afraid of you." That statement alone demonstrates a complete misunderstanding of customer service and professional management. At no point should a paying customer who is trying to resolve a legitimate billing issue be met with that kind of response from a General Manager. Mistakes happen. Technology fails. Orders get lost. Most customers understand that. What is unacceptable is being charged for an order, receiving nothing in return, getting no assistance with a refund, and then being treated with indifference and hostility by the person responsible for running the restaurant. I left without my food, without a refund, and without any confidence that this location values its customers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant and would strongly encourage ownership and McDonald's corporate leadership to review the customer service standards being demonstrated by this location's management team.

    Very clean parking lot with lost of spaces available. Adorable play place, I mean larger than most and it also offers some toddler playing area as well. The food was made with each order, the food was hot and freshly cooked. Every time I go to this McDonald's my order is always correct with no issues. The staff are very kind with warm smiles, it honestly feels like a family environment. And it's always so clean!

    Went through drive thru and we paid then got to window and the order was messed up. They were shorting us a drink and I tried to explain I have two meals but the lady took my receipt and said it says one Coke, when we had ordered spite. She refused to swap the drink or allow me to buy another drink she said I have to drive back and order again. Won’t return here ever.

    I asked for a plain McDouble and they gave me a regular one, now I’m not the type to complain but I am allergic to mustard and I ended up taking a bite without realizing and had to use an epi pen, thankfully it wasn’t to bad but this place is lucky I don’t sue

    The kiosk that I ordered Right it didn’t give me a receipt and I was waiting for my food for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I asked him where is my order they said oh we didn’t receive an order and then we was waiting for 15 more minutes in a guy was helping me get the order and then they were making excuses that they couldn’t find it and stuff and then after one hour, they found my order and now I’m scared if they hacked or took money from my account where my card.
