  Idk why reviews here are bad. It should be worse. They were out of white rice at 7 pm and refused to make more for a while. The portion sizes were small and staff is rude

  It is Monday September 14 about 3:30 pm and there are two women at the counter. One with glasses and the other does not wear eye glasses. The one without glasses made my bowl and the other made my friends bowl. I did not like how the girl who made mine treats sher coworkers and the way she acted at the counter in front of the customers, she was impatient and using an attitude with the team helping her. She needed the sour cream replaced and acted like they wouldn't do it fast enough or even say thank you to them, that's such a sad thing to see. She was weird about requests as if though she wasn't being paid to do the job, furthermore......do you train the staff to load two heaping scoops of sour cream to cover the entire bowl and ruin it ? She didn't even try to drain the black beans nor the carnitas. Leaving this wet puddle of mess and goopy bowl, barely any meat. I gasped and had to be like WOAH as she went for the second HUGE scoop even though the first scoop was already covering the entire bowl, she was determined to create a nasty bowl it seemed. It was all mushy and soft and probably the worst chipotle bowl build I have ever witnessed, I didn't think it would be possible to make it this bad......the sour cream thing was crazy, seriously. I left a photo for reference the parts I cannot eat because it nothing but juice from the ingredients and sour cream and guac, the texture and cold temp is just disgusting after five minutes of picking out what was edible. I should have had it remade but some people struggle with anxiety or not wanting to cause fuss. Look, just please figure out which employee it was on schedule that day and have her trained better. I live in another state and only visiting, it sucks that my meal before a 20 hour road trip couldn't have been more satisfactory but that's life....win some, lose some. Just help her learn what is okay and not okay, that's all. 😔

  I've been to this Chipotle many times, but for some reason I've never reviewed. It is very fast to pre-order and get it fast because it's right off the highway. The new pollo asado is very good, but the chili lime chips are a big thumbs down 👎😢, I was hoping it would be better. The people at this Chipotle work very fast even on days like one where there is a huge line. Will be coming back! :)

  I go there 4-5 times a week and its been my favorite location taste wise compared to other locations but lately they been making the rice way too sour, it ruins the flavor, please stop adding so much lime to the rice and add more to the chips instead.
