- KKKliff6 days ago1.0Safeway has completely lost sight of what customer service and basic human decency are supposed to look like. The employees seem far more focused on acting like security guards over petty theft than actually helping the people who keep the store in business. Meanwhile, customer care is practically nonexistent. The final straw for me was when my 73-year-old mother fell outside the store, and not a single employee came out to help her. Not one. That tells me everything I need to know about this company’s priorities. A store that cares more about protecting dollars than protecting people does not deserve loyal customers. I will no longer shop at Safeway, and I encourage others to think about where they spend their money too. People matter more than profit. Do better, Safeway. I will be seeking legal assistance with this matter so Safeway we will see you in court.!

However, the Manager treats ADA like a Liability not a support and protection. SKIP this store if you are on the way to POW Wow or etc stop in Zillah at Grocery outlet-not here. In regards to the Safeway owner response here-I did contact them through their website and never heard back any communication. So that post strikes me as a ruse.
