  Just picked up my order and they brought Me cabbage instead of lettuce so the kid goes to swap it comes back with an organic one full of bugs every layer noticed when i opened it at home

  This location needs new management it's been in need new management for years. Idk who has taken over but they should be immediately fired! They clearly don't care about the customers nor do they care about the employees themselves. The amount of long lines that should not even happen for a small town and community is beyond. The fact that these employees are overworked and Safeway maintains keeping employees that aren't worth their salt and that should never be around customers such as Rita the rudest of all. I hope this store loses business and we result to shopping at the competition.

  First of all, I would rather shop without having to use a card to get ad price for sale items, just makes shopping more confusing. Today shows $9.99 for Folgers coffee, I purchased 3 black silk , only 3 on the shelf, fourth on was French roast which didn't ring at sale price. Manager, ELIZABETH, showed receipt to customer service person who did the math wrong should have been $8 refund not 7. She also stated there was a 3 item limit,but that was not on the shelf tag nor on my phone. First day of special ad and already running out of coffee on the shelf. It's only a dollar ,but come on get it right.

  Safeway has completely lost sight of what customer service and basic human decency are supposed to look like. The employees seem far more focused on acting like security guards over petty theft than actually helping the people who keep the store in business. Meanwhile, customer care is practically nonexistent. The final straw for me was when my 73-year-old mother fell outside the store, and not a single employee came out to help her. Not one. That tells me everything I need to know about this company’s priorities. A store that cares more about protecting dollars than protecting people does not deserve loyal customers. I will no longer shop at Safeway, and I encourage others to think about where they spend their money too. People matter more than profit. Do better, Safeway. I will be seeking legal assistance with this matter so Safeway we will see you in court.!
