I haven't been to any other wing stop since like a couple months ago this is my new favorite wing stop location. I do recommend coming here!

No sign on the door, no warning online, just a curt "cards only" after I’d already made the trip. I was furious and embarrassed, had to leave hungry and empty‑handed, and now I’m out of time and appetite. Completely unacceptable customer experience.

Ate all my fries then opened my sandwich up, This thing was ridiculously sauced up to the point the buns were completely soggy, the breading of chicken patty was soggy and starting to fall off, in my hands sauce was just oozing out....Tried to make the best of the sloppy mess so I just took a bite, the meat was stiff and disgusting, like a nasty hard gristly piece. immediately let the sloppy mess fall back into the bag. I'm almost never "that guy" when it comes to food, but this was disgusting and a waste off time and money.

Also, I always have to explain why it doesn’t make sense to ‘charge’ $1.50 for an extra sauce when asking for sauce on the side instead of on the wings. It’s really not that complicated. If it had it on the wings, it wouldn’t be $1.50 upcharge? It’s always a huge deal and they have to get their manager to get it approved. So today I didn’t feel like waiting to get a manager so I paid for the $1.50 sauce that should have come with the wings.. Then the wings I did get sauce on weren’t even fully covered..(note: receipt showing plain wings compared to no charge on the app if I didn’t get the sauce on side)

Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
