  We visited this restaurant late Thursday night. It the had been quite some time since I'd had Taco Bell. We were really looking forward to it. However, we were unfamiliar with the menu and had a few questions; most of which were completely ignored. The answers we DID get were short, snappy and in a discouraging tone. Arrived at the window and recieved, what i suppose passes for a greeting at this establishment (unenthused, straight-faced and slightly irritated by my existence). All of this I noticed and accepted as, perhaps, a ypung woman simply having a bad day on the job, which we all know just happens sometimes. HOWEVER, the food i recieved is too much to forgive. The state of my chalupas was pitiful to say the least. The shells aere stale, crusty on the edges as though they'd been sitting out for a few days. The meat (on the beef AND the steak) looked to be put through a food processor ssveral times in order to achieve a puree, baby food consistency and was smashed into the bottom 1/16th of my shell while the, blatantly, obviously not fresh toppings filled up about 1/4 of the shells and the rest of each chalupa shell was simply pressed together with not so much as an attempt at making the food halfway appealing. I have never been so disgusted. None of us ate this food that i paid over $30 for. Meant to take it back to them but between work and family, havent had the time so i jjst wanted to make the public and my communigy aware that this TacoBell location is a sad excuse. Do NOT get food here if it's intended for human consumption.

  The most splendid taco ball I ever been And the worker there are amazing The food cames out real fast Almost makes me cry.

  I've been coming to this taco bell for a very long time.I always see multiple employees, but the one person that stands out the most is alex. He's so understanding and so sweet.He takes his time and makes people feel comfortable.He is the reason why I continue coming to this restraunt. This whole time, I thought he was a manager and he is not.And I strongly believe that he has the knowledge, the customer service and everything that a manager needs, and I hope to see him be a manager at some point in his career with taco bell.He makes the company look great.He makes the company feel whole he definitely has all the attributes to be the best manager. again I really hope he gets that position.Because I know he will flourish in many ways.And make taco bell great. I've worked in fast food industry as well in Anne. He just has all the attributes that a manager or a general manager needs.And I want to speak up, because I feel like people like him need to be noticed. I've dealt with people at that restaurant that weren't very nice and that didn't have the best customer service.But every time I see him and he serves me, i'm always satisfied in every way.
