  I ordered an hour and 45 minutes ahead for my food to be picked up in the lobby at pm through the mobile app. I got there at 6pm. There was nothing in the mobile order pickup spot. Okay. It's cool. I'm patient. I got a notification at 601pm from the app saying my food was ready. I'm literally waiting next to the mobile order pickup spot and nothing is there. Mmmmkay... Strange but I'm going with it. 5 minutes pass... 10 minutes pass... Now I'm starting to get annoyed. Especially when two employees pass by me with no acknowledgement if I've ordered, been helped, or if I needed anything while I was waiting next to the mobile order pickup spot the whole time. Now 15 minutes have passed from when I first got there and I'm still waiting for anything to be brought up to the mobile order pickup spot. Nothing. People who ordered AFTER I got there got their food BEFORE I even got mine. NOW we have a issue. I asked an employee who had a drive thru headset on if they had a mobile order ready for Gibby because at that point I was just being flat out ignored as to why I was there. The drive thru employee looks at me... Then goes back to filling lids... A few employees in the kitchen catch my eye contact... Then look away... I look back at drive thru guy and he looks at me again. After a few MORE seconds of weird awkward silence of no one answering if my order was ready, drive thru guy asks for my name again and lethargically went off to go find it which felt like SUCH an inconvenience. Ugh... Customers... Always complaining and whining about SOMETHING amirite? 🙄 So where's my order you might ask? Aaahhh... It was waiting behind the counter in the drive through area. Not at the mobile ordering pickup area like it should have been. No idea how long it was waiting there for. Name was never called when it was ready. I know. I was there. So it was hard to know if it was ready when I got the notification or if it was ready sometime after that. So drive thru guy comes back, puts my bag on the counter in front of me, slides it over my way, all without saying a word, then turns around, and walks away. The unprofessionalism was astonishing. What the heck is the point of ordering ahead to pick up food in the lobby at a specific time if the employees aren't going to have it ready at the time it's supposed to be picked up?? But also... What the heck is the point of having employees interact with customers if they're going to make me feel unwanted?? THIS is the *exact* reason why AI is taking over these kinds of jobs. And I have no doubt that even though AI would have absolutely screwed up what I had ordered, they would have at least had it done on time and've acknowledged my existence if they saw me waiting there longer than 10 minutes when there was only one other couple in the lobby. I'm a reasonably patient and understanding guy. If they were SLAMMED? I get it! I've worked fast food before. This review wouldn't even exist if that were the case! But the drive thru and lobby were ghost towns. So they really had zero excuse and kept dropping the ball at every opportunity to offer the most BASIC form of customer service. I will make sure never to pick up or use lobby services from this location ever again.

  Kinda sad they ran out of beef but things happen. The worst to me I drove off with someone else order. I just wanted a beefy 5 layer with steak and a cheese grilled burrito with a Baja dirty blast kinda sad rn. Kinda feel bad because they had some lady honking and getting on to them about running out of prepped beef. I just want my food🫩😭

  Fast service horrible food! You go at a1am girl is so fast to take your order that they don’t even worry about toasting the tortillas handed me the food and slammed the door shut before even asking it we wanted any sauce! legit had to come home and warm up my own tortillas they tasted like they got straight out of the fridge. Welcome to Washington state! The best one to go to late night is Lakewood one hands down never lets me down! Pacific Taco Bell is trash!
