  80% of their pull ins have no order screen. The ones that do, you have to pay cash or wait for them to come out to take your card. Food was great but wow this place seems run down.

  Ordered an all American smash with no cheese and no mayo (lactose intolerant), they took the mayo off but slathered it in cheese. They layer the cheese in-between the meat so it's impossible to pick off or scrape off. Call to get it fixed, they tell me to drive 30 minutes round trip for an issue they made and when I asked for a fry to make up for the trip they told me they'll just give me a refund instead. A fry costs them nothing in terms of overhead and would've smoothed this over but they'd rather give me nothing instead. Don't trust this place, the reviews are dead on that they give Sonic a bad name. Awful service and can't even make a damn burger right. There's enough burger places in town that I don't need to suffer through this. Thanks for nothing.

  I had never been to sonic before but my girlfriend wanted it so decided to try it out. My first impression of it when we drove up was that it was adorable and I loved how they had the outside spots where you can order like an old school diner I thought it was adorable and a nice way to stand out from the other retail fast food places around. Their prices weren't TOO bad... I mean everything is overpriced in my opinion right now but that's a different post. I ordered the chili fries and my girlfriend ordered the pretzel with cheese and we both got a fancy slushy type drink I can't remember the flavors but the chili fries were surprisingly delicious except for the fact that they didn't have enough chili and cheese on like half of it. The second time i went here to eat i ordered the chili fries but they gave me tater tot chili cheese and i did not care for them at all. I'm not sure why they just didn't taste good. My girlfriend liked her pretzel but didn't like the cheese that came with it. It would have been better if they had the old school type of cheese sauce that has a little spice to it. Like the cheese you get on nachos some places. If you know, you know. Now the drinks are where my disappointment mostly came from. Neither of us liked our drinks and the drinks we wanted we couldn't get because they said their ice cream machine was off for the night so that was a bummer. It was like 10pm I think. Anyways I'm being generous with 4 stars but I really liked the old school feel and the food was not terrible. Plus they have a crap load of drink options so I'm sure they are good once you get the right combo. One more thing ill say is that i wish they had more variety on their menu. Overall I'd recommend if you are into hot dogs and burgers and stuff. Anyway this is getting too long and I'm sure I've helped you make up your mind already so that's all I have for you. Now stop reading and just go eat already ya weirdo. 😋🍽🧋🍔🍦

  One of the most frustrating experiences i have ever had with fast food. It took four times of repeating my order before the person on the other end was able to repeat it back to me correctly and then they STILL screwed up the order. I ordered a double cheese burger with NO ONIONS and extra pickle. How freaking hard is that????What did i get? Hardly any pickles and LOADED WITH ONIONS!!!!!! And there is nothing special about the burgers. In fact, Burger King does a better job with the wopper than sonic does with their burgers. Also I dont know how long they had the chicken for their sandwiches sitting under the heat lamps, but by the time it found its way between two buns, it was pretty much petrified. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!
