  Food was cold and took longer than usual. The employee bringing our food to us knew that because he apologized before saying anything else. I'm sad because they used to be much better than this.

  Order person pissed off after I asked if they still have the $7 special I asked if it was the same..Said "no. It has ice cream sundae instead of nuggets". I asked if it had no other drink and was told I could trade for a drink but there would be an upcharge. I ordered the $1.99 burger and water. Asked size. I said whichever is free. "We don't have free water." Last words from her and no acknowledgment when I tried to get her attention back to add a wrap to the order. After trying for 3 or 4 minutes, I backed up and drove back. A nice young man greeted me and I asked to add to my order. The pissed off girl popped back on the speaker obviously very upset I wanted to finish my order. Frankly I don't really trust what comes out of a kitchen from an employee who is angry because a person has questions. 6th ave, Tacoma location at 4:30ish Saturday 9-12-26. Other locations have not been like this.

  Lied about bathroom not being in use when we saw an employee go in and out. Soda was flat. Tenders and jalapeño poppers were over cooked or cooked on old oil.

  Nothing to brag about. Food was cold. Ordered burger with no cheese and add mustard. Got cheese and a dry burger.

  How is a restaurant going to discontinue making shakes and other dessert items 3 hours before they close 🤣 absolutely ridiculous. The worst location. Only certain workers are good. I rather take my money to the Spanaway one.
