  Both my burgers for me and my fiancée were completely wrong. I don’t even know what they put on hers but it didn’t have lettuce, tomato, mayo, or ketchup instead it had some weird orange tangy sauce on it, and mine had onions on it which selected for none. I am deathly allergic to them, so I had to throw it away. It also took me 45 minutes just to get my food which I had placed a mobile order and got there 10 minutes after placing it. The food was cold and my drinks were very watered down. I am very disappointed and will not be eating here again.

  This place has really gone downhill in the past few months. Wait time is always over 10 minutes, regardless of the actual line. Crew is terse and impatient. Simple requests like holding the onions are ignored, then you get attitude when you call it out. I have had three replacement meals in a row, if you can call it that, because they simply cannot get it right. I think I've paid them my last visit.

  Ordered online and went to pickup. It said to park in a stall and push the button. We did and they sent us to the long drive thru line. The lady who helped us had an attitude. 0. Customer service skills. The food was okay but we definitely won't be back.
