  Garbage service. Sat at the box for 5 mins and them telling me it’ll “be a moment” after 5 minutes I asked for an ETA. Nothing. Don’t go here!

  The staff is unfriendly and rude. They don’t understand how their own payment system works. I wanted to buy ice and someone was logged in the kiosk. I asked staff for help to log this person out and got “I dunno” and they just walked away. Are you kidding me? Maybe it was one of the staff collecting points or something, I’m not sure. I’ve never been to sonic before, heard they sell nugget ice so I went and that was for sure my last time there. Besides unsafe payment practices, the location is very unsafe, there are many homeless people walking and making weird poses, screaming and crying. Someone should send police there. Do not go there.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. First time buying from Sonic and the LAST! disgusting food fried chicken tenders tasted like fish 🐟. Great fast food is...dead.

  I pulled into the drive thru today on my lunch break behind two other cars. I am not sure how long they had been waiting to order, but after about 10 minutes the first car in front of me ordered. There was another 5 minutes before the other car in front of me could order. Finally, I pulled up to the speaker and was told it would be a minute before I could order. I waited another 10 minutes and my order still wasn’t taken. I finally had to just leave without ordering as I needed to get back to work. As I was leaving I noticed the two cars in front of me that had ordered were still waiting at the unattended window for their food. I am unsure if this is due to short staffing, or staff not using their time effectively or what. Whatever it may be, I believe this location should be looked into.

  Waited 53 minutes to just get up to the spot to finally leave the drive through line ... Idk what was going on but everyone needs to get fired and this place needs a reset
