  Was at the drive-thru the other night tons of cars were lined up a bunch of people ended up leaving because they didn't want to wait in line All the kiosks are currently closed and we understand that it is because of all the sketchy people that are around but it also makes it really inconvenient for those who just want to drive up and order instead of waiting in line

  Second time using it and throughout my life, I'm 43. I just simply never thought to stop there for food... Not saying it's a bad place at all, The order screens are more or less like a drive-thru, see what you want, figure out what you want. And then you press the button tell him what you want. Not sure about the inside if it has wheelchair accessible bathrooms, most places do, I'm sure. Above all... food was great, fries are awesome I had a number 8.

  Got the strawberry horchata slush, a blast, and the twisted flamingo. The only thing that was edible/drinkable was the twisted flamingo. The slush had no ice cream in it. It almost clear with some strawberry coloring up top til I mixed it. Then it tasted like poison...and the blast wasnt edible either the ice cream tasted really off. Very disappointed. Picture is of the strawberry horchata slush... and what it was supposed to look like

  Does not have a proper set up for DoorDash pick ups, causing lots of delays in orders, they need a separate pickup like or drive in for those.

  today I placed an order via the mobile app and used a BOGO coupon for a sonic double bacon cheeseburger. After arriving home we realized there it was a SINGLE and not a DOUBLE. When we returned he told me to check my receipt which he never gave me but I did have one emailed to me. When I showed him the receipt and told him it was their mistake he closed the window and didn't say a word to me. I tried to ask for a manager after he shut the window on me since he seemed upset. He came back 5 minutes later asked for the burgers back, one which was half eaten. I said I drove all the way back and asked if he was going to throw it away? He told me yes but would not start making the new burgers unless he got them back.I again asked for the manager. He then told me his name was Elijah and he was the manager and to call customer service for a refund. Then, once again he slammed the window shut. This Sonic has always had issue with service and I'm usually not one to complain publicly but this was outragous.
