  $16.80 for a burger shouldn't be the norm, especially at a smaller restaurant. Don't get me wrong, it's a good burger, but at the end of the day, it's just a smash burger, fries, and a sauce syringe gag. The shakes aren't bad either. They're not mind-blowing, just your normal shake flavors with cereal on top. Overall, I would probably get a shake again if I'm driving by, but anything else and I'm just gonna break the bank.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience here, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Temisia. She was absolutely amazing from the moment we sat down. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. What stood out the most was how accommodating and wonderful she was with our kids. She was so patient with them, made sure they were comfortable and taken care of, and treated them with the same kindness and attention she gave us. You can tell when someone is just doing their job versus someone who genuinely cares about making people feel welcome — Temisia genuinely cared. She checked on us regularly, made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and somehow managed to be attentive without ever making us feel rushed or overlooked. She made what could have just been another meal into a really enjoyable family experience. The burgers were great, but honestly, Temisia was the highlight of our visit. Employees like her are the kind of people who make customers want to come back. She deserves some serious recognition for the way she takes care of her customers, especially families with kids. Thank you, Temisia, for making our visit so enjoyable! You were absolutely fantastic, and we’ll definitely be back. 🍔❤️

  This is my new go-to place to eat out in Tacoma! They have literally the BEST smash burgers I have had in Washington state. They are well seasoned, flavorful, juicy and have an amazing Maillard effect. I like their sauces, they have a great variety. I love their burgers with Serrano peppers for a spicy kick. I always get burgers with AT LEAST two patties for the melty cheese in between each layer. Staff is always kind, quick, and accurate. I cannot overstate how good their food is!

  This place was worth checking out. We came mid week around 530p and did not have to deal with long lines. We ordered through the kiosk. Very simple to navigate. You can literally add just about anything to your burgers. I like that. I did grilled jalapeños and bacon to my double. The food was good. I had no idea the SBK sauce on the burgers was spicy. That would’ve been good to know for my daughters. The burgers were good but a bit on the greasy side. It didn’t stop me from devouring it though. It was tasty. I was not disappointed with my choice. The staff brought our food to the table and was extremely patient with my daughters questions. The cleanliness of the restaurant was perfect. Floors and tables were spotless. The staff was wiping down tables that did not appear to be dirty but kudos to them for their efforts. I would definitely go back.

  Only knocking off a star due to the lack of fries and lack of burger patty. I’m so grateful I ordered a double patty because one is absolutely not enough! I understand it’s a smashed patty but it must be a small piece of meat prior to being smashed. Absolutely delicious though! I ordered through grub hub and had no issues, food was hot when it arrived so yay on the delivery driver! I would eat here again. I got a side of dipping sauce which is a pretty large cup of sauce considering the small amount of fries. Again, sooo yummy!
