  Food was great after a long day of hiking and gem hunting around Hansen Creek. Awesome space with good music, burgers were great and their fries were tasty. Found this place after seeing it around on instagram, and decided to bring the whole friend group to try! Great space, will be coming back again! Only problem was the kiosk does not accept Canadian cards, but it was quickly resolved at the cashier and no other problems!

  Never thought the best burger I had ever had was going to come out of the lobby of a Holiday Inn, but we'll here we are. After ordering on there computer I sat back and watched how truly awesome all there staff was. Helping people with there orders, walking food out to dinners, and dealing with door dash orders. Everyone was truly nice to everyone, not something you expect from a mostly kiosk ordering restaurant. The food came out decently quick. The fries were seasoned well and pretty ok. But the smash burger was the absolute star. Crispy edges, seasoned perfectly, simple ingredients, good sauce. 100% will go back.

  This was my first time visiting. I was both apprehensive and excited to try this place out. The apprehension came from the location, excited to try a new place. Walking into the lobby it was off. The hotel smells like they allow indoor smoking. Upon entering the restaurant a waitress was walking by clearly in a hurry but with an attitude. Service from both of the women in the front was horrible. One lady kept loudly and aggressively telling customers they HAVE to use the kiosk to order. The food wasn't great to me. My sister however loved her burger. My wings were supposed to be jerk flavored. Instead they tasted like a form of BBQ sauce. My daughter liked the lemon pepper wings. So maybe if you want to try this place order online to go. I personally won't be back. It's not worth it

  First time here! It's located inside the hotel! First impression super cute. You usually order at the kiosk but I guess it wasn't working so we ordered at the counter. Ordered: -chicken tenders -remix burger w/ fries - burger, wings and fries - hot honey box -dream shake and unicorn shake My daughter liked the chicken tenders nice and crispy. My son got the remix burger which he build his own. He finished it! I ordered the garlic parmasean wings with my box. It was delicious! Crispy wings and i got the ranch syringe! Their ranch was on point! I'm assuming homemade! I actually liked the sbk sauce in my burger it's like sour and sweet w/ hint of like curry taste. My husband got the hot honey box hot honey burger & his wings were hot honey. He didn't really like it. It was not spicy at all and more on the sweet side. He doesn't like his wings sweet nor his burger so it threw it off. Overall, it seems a bit pricy w/ the portion you get! Spent $110 for everything. My hubby did say his shake was the best part! Overall, atmosphere was clean and worker was friendly. Super cute place and hidden. 7/10 recommend :)

  I have been recommending this place to several customers, based on what I have had several other customers say to me for months now. Last night was my first time trying this place. I was caught off guard firstly by cost, but figured “ hey people rave on it, gonna still try it” I ordered single patty combo with an extra side of ranch, and the single patty and wings combo that came with a shot syringe of my choice ( chose ranch ) then finished it off with their version of a Dirty Dr. Pepper. Two meals, one drink and a side of Ranch. 53$! Ordered about 9am, was told by the kiosk a text would be sent to my phone when order was ready. So went outside with my dog to walk him while I waited. At 9:30 I noticed they are starting to close off the restaurant side, thinking “ maybe the wings are taking its time” finally I go inside, the two ladies working were rushing around doing trash, I see the notes on the kiosk stating they are closed, and they’ve but up barriers so no one comes into the seating area. People are still sitting in there, so I go around it, lady looks up and goes “ you got a to go order!?” I told her yes, she puts it on the counter and walks off before I even get there, rushes past me. I give out a small friendly laugh and go, “I’m so sorry I was outside with my dog waiting on a text” without even turning to look at me, she is bagging trash goes “ yeah that doesn’t work anymore” and not another word. As I walk past her with my bag, she goes” enjoy the food”. Once home ready to eat, un-staple the bag….. no extra side of ranch I got charged $1.50 for… figure fine what ever I have this huge wasteful plastic syringe full of ranch, it’ll be fine. The wings were over cooked and the burger meat was so thin, I mean thinner than the cheese thin! Barely any lettuce, huge amounts of sauce and a sliver of an onion slice. The fries were delicious, and the sauce did have flavor, BUT between the amount paid and the service, I can’t say it was worth the price paid for a glorified saucy bun. Can’t say with what we did enjoy of the meal, is enough to have me eat there again or refer anyone else there.
