The store is clean, easy to navigate, and stocked with an excellent selection of crisp fresh produce, quality meats, pantry staples, and ready-to-eat meals from the deli counter.

In addition to poorly prepared fried Chicken they sold us chicken legs that had been stuck to the pan so long that there was no meat it was only a bone that they put in our bag! We came here because in the past our chicken was good but whoever is working the deli section has dropped the ball and inefficient at their chosen field.. it truly sucked once we got home to eat our dinner I was angry enough to try and call but that's a joke..

Why would I throw more good time after bad over a deserved $8 refund when you didn't listen before? My time and energy are worth more than trying to figure out this location's ineptitude. You have the information, Safeway . . . how about YOU do something proactive vs reactive for a change? Metropolitan Market - your competition across the street - is getting my current and future business. There should be a ZERO STAR option on this review platform. I tried to buy some lobster salad that was 30% off. The sticker wouldn't peel back in self checkout, so I had an associate assist. He wound up charging for TWO when I only ordered one. I didn't realize this until I got home, and the lobster salad was inedible. It's not worth a return back out to the store. The last time I was here they royally screwed up my online pickup order. I am DONE with this Safeway . . . there are better options locally.
