I was just there at 8:30pm (Monday, July 6, 2026) and the employee said the bathrooms are closed to the public. So I had to walk back (home) to the 56th and Pacific Av area to use my bathroom. I will not return. I would like to say to each and every employee at this Safeway location to work, and work very hard, to take care of your victims who get your federal taxes, that the Social Security Administration gives to us for the mental pain and the emotional trauma you've caused victims who just want to take a number 2! Thank you for taking care of me, so I can be retired on your dime.
- JSJay SJun 26, 20261.0Have been here to the deli. I go here on my way to way to work, at leat 2x a week. I asked the deli worker to put on gloves. The woman with multi-color braids got angry and attempted to belittle me. She made it seem like I was swearing at her or wanted some chicken for free, lol. Her stereotyping and unprofessionalism did not phase me. This is why I, took the time to fill out this review. I remained calm, didn't let this get me upset by her careless and simple-minded self.. She called the Manager Keith over. I said okay and waited for the manager. The woman must of felt very annoyed that a customer would ask her to put gloves on before serving their food with a, "PLEASE!!" When the manager Keith approach the counter, I politely explained what had happen. He resolved the issue by having another Deli clerk help with my order. I appreciate you Mr. Keith for resolving this in a professional manner. Dont just settle for bad customer service, when dealing with your food.

If you’re that concerned about theft, perhaps hire actual people to run the registers instead of pass the responsibility to the customer. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COMPLY, stop letting these companies infringe on your rights and preemptively accuse you of shoplifting.
