  Ordered, was not delivered. I called the store an hour later. They stated that Door Dash handled the delivery and "may have stolen it". Promised they were making the order again and sending it off. Thirty minutes later, I called again asking what the status was. Same person who answered the phone the first time assured they had dispatched their driver out and they will call us to confirm when they are dropping it off. Waited yet another half an hour, still nothing, once again called the store to speak with the same person. Explained I have STILL not received my order two hours after it was placed and all of the reassurance it was actually coming. She confirmed my address, claimed the driver handed it off and had confirmation with the person they passed it off to that they had ordered it. I explained I would like a refund then because it was not me nor was it my home that I live alone in with my 3 year old son. She then got mad and said she would escalate to her manager to call me tomorrow. Hung up the phone immediately after. This store needs some serious retraining, the entire system overhauled, or complete closure. I was a manager of a competitors pizza delivery franchise six years ago and even back then, this is never how things were handled. A simple question of "where is my order?" was answered with every driver having an app downloaded on their phone and detailed information about the status of their order. Managers would never hang up the phone or defer to a manager "tomorrow" to issue a refund. Absolute disgrace of this brand and I will never order again.
