- CCCookieJun 11, 20262.0I like this location but they are not consistent with their service. Better to order with the evening/ night crew. Whenever I order during the day...lousy service, imo. Their is a BIG difference with the cook. I don't order from this location as much as I use to but when I do, I always order at NIGHT.
- LVLomonosov VJun 8, 20261.0The worst experience I ever had ordering pizza. Ordered it through the app and estimated time was 15 minutes. When I came in in about 20 minutes the guy said they are running behind and it will be another 30 minutes. I waited for one hour more until they made my order. When watching how they prepare pizza I saw that nobody wears gloves and all the ingredients they grab by bare hands. One guy was making pizza then answering the phone then going back to making pizza and never washing hands. It’s nasty place and I will never EVER come to this place again. Considering not to use Pizza Hut again as mostly all of their places look the same.

When the charge hit our card, they had added $3.01 to the total so I reached out to Pizza Hut chat and they said they'd need to send it up. No updates for weeks, so I reached out to PH chat again and this time they said the restaurant already closed the ticket and I had to reach out to the restaurant to get an update. Now I've been on hold with the restaurant for 22+ minutes as they continue to avoid the issue that their staff is adding tips to orders they screw up.
