  Their waiting time is too long, I order a pizza and they deliver it to me in almost two hours, at that moment I'm not hungry

  This is never happened to me before but I left my wallet at home to grab 20 bucks and went to grab the pizza my boyfriend ordered for us he didn't tell me how much I get there and I don't have my wallet I have 20 bucks and I'm short almost 3 bucks and it's 10:06 at night I went to walk out the door to run home and grab my wallet and Nathan stop me and took care of it for me she is so amazing he really deserves to be moved up and acknowledged because I know he wanted to go home he was working his butt off it was late and he took the three bucks out of his pocket and let me go home with my food what he doesn't know is I had a brain tumor and had to learn how to walk 3 years ago and so my mind isn't always right and so when I left the house without my wallet I usually do not do that I just assumed that I had enough needless to say I hope he gets acknowledged he could have let me head home 15 minutes away to grab the three bucks or let me leave empty-handed and he chose to do neither you don't find any humans like that anymore and he's young so that's even more surprising but a very good asset to your company nonetheless

  This pizza hut is our to go to every week. My wife and I waited for more than 30 mins after it says ready on app/website. I saw a worker came out of the door talk to his friends until another guy told him they have customers waiting. I will never come to this place again. Yup, still waiting on our pizza!!

  I order my pizza at 1:38pm. I called at 2:40pm to see where my order she said it'll be there in about 5 min It is 3:00 and still no pizza. Never ordering here again. Isn't the first time I've had issues with this place. At 3:06 I got a hold of pizza hut this time clear reception the pizza hut employee informed me unfortunately the Door Dash driver took ur order. He had it remade and sent with a different driver. I appreciate them remaking it.
