- RBRachel BruckerAug 12, 20261.0I ordered my pizza at 630 and it's 9 now and I still don't have it. They are now waiting on a driver to bring it to us. I love there pizza but this is the last straw.
- ASAdam SundquistJul 20, 20261.0Don't ever go to this location. The Customer Service is non existent and the so-called Manager's a jerk who hates her life. I came in with a question for the manager, and I asked this lady if she was the manager. She rolled her eyes and ignored my question and tossed some dough in the air to make a pizza. I waited till she left and asked the only other employee there if she was the manager, and he said yes. I then asked him why her behavior was so rude and all he said was "She's just like that". Well if the manager is "just like that" then I will happily give my money/business to a better location or even a different pizza franchise that deserves it for treating their customers with more respect. Thank you, and have a Good Night 🫳🎤
- SWSamantha WilesJun 23, 20263.0I was missing Two out of four of my boxes and I called to get them and you guys made them which is awesome and I really appreciated that but then I got hung up on before I could ask if I had to pick them up or they were being delivered so I assume they were being delivered because my original order had been Delivery but they never came so I called to see if I was gonna need to pick him up and you guys said you were waiting on a DoorDash driver cool no problem But why was I charged another nine dollars by that DoorDash driver? And there was no warning that there was gonna be an extra fee for you guys to deliver my food that was missing from the order that I had already had delivered?? I’m genuinely frustrated by that. Very disappointing.
