  I ordered pizza and garlic knots. DoorDash delivered my pizza but forgot the garlic knots. The driver ignored the instructions to leave at the door, and rang the bell setting my dog off. I called the store at 7:15pm, and they said they could either refund me, have me pick them up, or have it delivered again through DoorDash but it wasn’t likely they would get picked up by a driver. I asked them to redeliver and refund if a driver didn’t pick it up in an hour. The woman I spoke to was really nice and it’s not her fault Papa John’s has decided not to employ their own drivers anymore. At 8:50pm, I assumed my garlic knots weren’t being delivered but decided to check my front door just in case. They were there, cold, and without the marinara sauce. I don’t know how long they had been sitting there considering the driver didn’t knock or ring the bell, and I didn’t have a tracker since it was a redelivery. The pizza was good and my boyfriend ate the knots anyway, but it really soured my experience on Papa John’s. If I end up ordering Papa John’s again, I’ll opt to pick it up myself. It’s really too bad that this would’ve been a 5 star experience but was totally ruined solely because of DoorDash.

  I ordered my pizza at 630 and it's 9 now and I still don't have it. They are now waiting on a driver to bring it to us. I love there pizza but this is the last straw.

  Don't ever go to this location. The Customer Service is non existent and the so-called Manager's a jerk who hates her life. I came in with a question for the manager, and I asked this lady if she was the manager. She rolled her eyes and ignored my question and tossed some dough in the air to make a pizza. I waited till she left and asked the only other employee there if she was the manager, and he said yes. I then asked him why her behavior was so rude and all he said was "She's just like that". Well if the manager is "just like that" then I will happily give my money/business to a better location or even a different pizza franchise that deserves it for treating their customers with more respect.   I was missing Two out of four of my boxes and I called to get them and you guys made them which is awesome and I really appreciated that but then I got hung up on before I could ask if I had to pick them up or they were being delivered so I assume they were being delivered because my original order had been Delivery but they never came so I called to see if I was gonna need to pick him up and you guys said you were waiting on a DoorDash driver cool no problem But why was I charged another nine dollars by that DoorDash driver? And there was no warning that there was gonna be an extra fee for you guys to deliver my food that was missing from the order that I had already had delivered?? I’m genuinely frustrated by that. Very disappointing.
