  The workers were ok when it come to customers service I guess but they took 20 minutes to make my online order after I already ordered 20 minutes prior so I had to wait 40 minutes for some "fast food." Not at home in the damn parking lot And ofc it's all stale. Thank McDonald's definitely coming back here again

  Very very slow and still managed to get the order wrong. Had to go back inside to get the order fixed. The overall trip took over 45 minutes.

  I was in today, 4/30/26, at around 2:30pm and had a farely simple order. The restaurant was very hectic and seemed very under staffed. There seemed to be some sort of party in the play area where some employees were at. My order took over 20min to be handled to me, only after a asked. The employees on the floor were working very hard to keep up but it was very busy at the time and it seemed impossible. I truly believe this experience could have been a great one if the employees/managers that were off of the floor could have took the initiative to step in and help when it was very obviously needed. Management do better.

  Did a mobile order. When I showed up they told me their system was “updating” and it would take 10 to 20 minutes. When I asked about a refund they said they couldn’t do anything. I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes with no update. Having worked fast food previously there are ways to solve this issue but no attempts to solve the issue were made. I waited 20+ minutes in an attempt to get three sandwiches but had to leave for work. Something needs to be in place so people don’t lose out on their money.

  Most mind-numbingly incompetent place ever created. Every single time i've gone, or made the mistake of ordering from here online i've had to deal with the complete idiocy of this place. I used to sometimes come here for just a mocha frappe, nothing else. I'd pull up to a completely empty drive through and order it, wait 10 minutes in the drive through then be told to go park and wait another 20 minutes for one singular drink. Every time. Needless to say i stopped going for that but anytime i'd go for food the order was messed up every time without fail, either i'd be missing items i paid for, or i'd have a completely different bag than what i ordered even when there's only 2 other cars in line. Now let's talk about delivery. My god. If you told me that anytime they get a delivery order the staff is told to just throw anything in a bag and put it out i'd believe you. The ONLY times i have ordered from here were mistakes because i forgot to change the location to the one up the street or the one on Portland ave. Anytime this happened i was either missing more than half the order or i was given complete BS. The last time this happened i ordered over $50 worth of food, you know what they gave me? 6 chicken nuggets and a water bottle. A WATER BOTTLE? What are we doing? this place should be shutdown. The workers here are always mean and nasty too which is why i never go inside, wouldn't wanna speak to them for a second longer than i have to. Lest i incur their wrath for daring to take their time out of staring at their phone for 8 hours while they pretend to do their jobs. I implore anyone reading this to save yourself the headache and just go to the one up the street a little, or the one on Portland ave. Portland ave has literally never let me down once and i happily drive twice as far just to avoid this place. I hope some McDonald's exec reads this and realizes what a waste of money this place is.
