At this point if i cancelled i would not be refunded. This order had already been accepted to be fulfilled. The order couldn't be filled to the price or type of donut ordered and no drink was made. I called the store 3 times and no one would answer the phone to discuss this situation. I am highly upset with the service given today by employees and lack there of professionalism. My Office KK doughnuts in California and Arizona but my first time in Washington since I moved. Apparently, they just finished a remodeling. Store is clean. Staff was so welcoming. Love the hot fresh sample glazed donut. HADASSAH was sooo welcoming, patient in me picking out the best selection for myself and a neighbor, all with a genuine smile. Doughnuts were fresh delicious and more of an assortment than expected. There wasnt a survey on my receipt but wanted to give a review. Drive through looks convenient. Sign says open 24/7 wow-guess I'll be back for early morning office dozens soon via the drive thru. Thanks for making my first visit memorable.
