  I come here for my lunch breaks and every single day it takes them forever to make my food, or if it is ready, they didn't tell me it was. I go in to where you would normally pick up a sandwich and I ask the person there where I'm supposed to pick up an online order, and he looks at me like I'm stupid and tells me the front register. So, I have to sit in line behind all of the people that are waiting to order? When my foods already ready? I'm on a 30-minute lunch break, and waste half of my entire lunch break driving across the street to pick up a food that's already ready. The only reason I come to this store is because it's across the street from my work, but I will no longer be coming here. I would rather eat junk food at McDonald's than deal with the ridiculousness that is coming to this store.

  Great food, great service. We walked in bout 5 minutes till they were closed and didn't mention anything about closing or not being able to make food. I appreciate the staff.

  DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY!!!!! Immy Johns uses uber eats who do NOT look at delivery instructions. 3 orders in a row I specifically instructed the driver to ring the bell and 3 times Ina row they did not. This last order was the straw as they put my sandwiches in my Smith Brothers milk box, didn't ring the bell, and did not update the order on the app. 45 minutes later I called the store. If you order delivery DO NOT TIP THE DRIVER. Once was Once freaky fast is just freaky pathetic.

  I'm a JJ fan so food is 5 stars for me. If you haven't been to one before it's cold subs and wraps with fresh baked bread and ingredients. Location was kept very clean with a good atmosphere. The two workers were welcoming, professional and fast with their service.
