Found out they were hoarding a bunch of orders behind the counter but still weren't setting them for pick up. Ordered a toasted sandwich which was now cold and soggy for who knows how long.

Their manager Cesar took care of us from the day we ordered, he noticed every detail and made it a smooth and stress-free experience. All the sandwiches were delivered ahead of schedule time, everything clearly labeled. Staff who delivered were extremely nice and friendly, they made sure we had everything we needed. I would give them 6 stars if that were an option!
