  I love Jimmy John's, always fresh bread and yummy ingredients. This time around, they were out of gyro meat - Santa Maria 😭! Ordered chicken instead.

  they charged me for cheddar cheese because i didn’t want provolone on my hunters sandwhich . but didn’t charge me for peppers . i work at the jimmy johns in puyallup and have never charged anyone nor have i been charged like this. this is why i just can’t support businesses and rather cook. there is no “ company policies “ etc , if all of the same companies - have different rules. it’s pointless .

  Honestly a top tier sandwich shop. Everyone working there looks like they're having a blast. They run that store very efficiently and always have a smile on their face when I walk in. You guys rock!

  I normally love jimmy john’s down! I am pregnant and have been hyper fixated on jimmy john’s for the past month! I finally dragged my brother and dad to go with me, and I am enjoying my hunters club combo when I pull out a long black hair out of my mouth! YUCK. I went and talked with the manager and he offered to remake my sandwich or to get a soda for free, but I declined. My appetite is gone, I don’t want another sandwich. And we already bought drinks, so no, I don’t want a “free drink” lol. So we just threw the rest of our sandwiches away and left. I shouldn’t spend $54 dollars on 3 meals and find hair in them. Do better jimmy.

  The People are really rude and dismissive. Super slow and lazy, obvious they really don’t t wanna do any work, and can’t put their phones down while talking about really inappropriate things and cussing loudly. Also didn’t listen to instructions on how I asked for my food. Will never come back
