  Drivers have been asked to not park in private driveways, especially late at night, for security reasons and to not cause the homeowners to be awakened. Store manager was informed.

  Part of my order was double chicken. Confirmed before order. No chicken at all, and the receipt said no chicken. So they took it off from the store. $50 pizza, and no protein they removed!

  See far below for update... Original Post: Ridiculous experience on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Domino's #7101 (N 26th St and Stevens). After never having much issue with this location or its service over many years, we just experienced a complete lack of understanding and willingness to do something about it, such that this and other Domino's are now off the dining options. After repeated attempts to satisfy the updated app to provide some required answer in the form that was no where to be found (turns out it was the app's way of saying the chosen store didn't participate in the national deal), we tried to call the store two times, listening through the incessant advertisements and statements only to be disconnected both times. Resorted to using website to place the order, which showed that the $9.99 deal for ANY pizza (up to 6 or 7 toppings) was possible to order from this location UNTIL you hit the payment button, and then it reverts to FULL price for these loaded pizzas!!! Immediately try to call the store to cancel, but AGAIN could not call to reach the store because they would not answer the phone! Is this a scam by Dominos to advertise a good deal and then not have local stores honor it or answer phones so they can deny needing to make this right? Manager was there when picking up the order and with all this explained, said "there's nothing he could do" - B.S.!!! You're the friggin' manager! So, those will be the last two pizzas ordered from Dominos at a whopping $23 and $32 each (we're talking Domino's not Clover Leaf!!!) PLUS tip which was pre-entered and irrevocable as part of the website transaction. ***UPDATE*** (ratings improved as manager, different from at the time of incident, has made things right) Current supervisor/manager, Robynn, has reached out (after repeated attempts at receiving an actual response while bouncing around in corporate customer service loops) and offered to make right the situation I described in my original post. The situation, which included a now former manager (learned from the recent outreach), still warranted the review...which applied to the conditions. I'll post again (to reconcile reviews) after receiving the credits offered up.
