- PCpeter casino6 days ago1.0Placed an order an hour ago, after it was thirty minutes late I called to ask what was going on and was told it would be another 15 minutes (for context I live two blocks away and usually walk but decided to pay the extra for delivery this one time) waited outside for the guy for 10 minutes once the tracker said he was close by, never showed up and then my order was cancelled. When I called to find out what happened I was told they called me twice (they did not) and that they couldn’t make the delivery (no one showed up) and said I could place another order if I really wanted to. I spoke to the same guy both times (they say their name when they answer) but the second phone call he said he didn’t know who I was and wasn’t around for the first call. Super disappointed.

So why not just set your open time until 12:30 so people don’t order after that point? If you don’t take orders and I cannot come in to order or pick up an order, are you not closed at that point?
