  I decided to check out this new location for the first time, thinking it would be a great experience, but unfortunately it did not turn out as I expected. When I arrived, I was not greeted at all no hello or friendly face. Instead, I was met with a terrible attitude from one of the women working there. I ordered 2 bowls and 1 burrito, and when she started my order, she only put a pea-sized amount of rice in the bowl. I politely told her that it was not the correct portion for a normal bowl, but she continued doing the same thing with all of the toppings on all 3 orders. It felt like she did not want to work or provide good customer service. To make matters worse, they were out of hot chicken. She then went to the corner and complained about me waiting for the hot chicken, even though I was standing right there. That kind of gossiping and behavior was very unprofessional. I had to keep asking for the correct portions of food throughout the order. I also ordered chips to go, but they were stale, soft, and had no flavor at all. They did not taste fresh. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for a new location.

  Quiet literally the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had, first off line took about 30 minutes with 3 people in front of me, they were out of white rice, black beans and steak and that’s fine but there was actually 4 total pieces of steak in my burrito. 4. For a 15 dollar burrito and only getting 4 pieces is rediculous. Not only that the tortilla was so soaked wet from improper wrapping that it leaked through the 4 layers of foil the guy attempted to wrap it in.

  A woman named Fatima helped me with my order. Not only did she make me sure to make me the best bowl I have ever had. She was nothing but sweet to me on such a rough already day. and so were some other workers. Fatima made sure to inform me what best worked with my budget and helped so much!!!!

  I live 2 minutes from this chipotle and would rather drive 10 extra mins to the UP location than go here again. I’ve tried this place 3 times and it’s failed 3 times. Extremely small portions and for some reason 2 bowls came out to 45 dabloons when the same exact order would be $25 at the UP location. What are yall doing over here ??? 😭. Vibes of the employees are way off too, I get a lot of them are new and stuff but it’s very unwelcoming!

  Food was just alright, not very good compared to other chipotle restaurants. But the real problem was the employees. I've come here 2 times now. The first time the employees were rude and dismissive, and I came back a second time to give it a second chance. The girl i'm making orders scowled at me and was being unnecessarily rude.
