Food is what you expect. It’s fine for what it, if overpriced. But the store is run terribly. The employees seem competent for the most part. But the management in inept. The store opens late regularly(15-20 min late on my experience). Even after opening late they are still doing prep/not set up. 7+ employees visible, 1 making food and running the register while other continue prep work and dishes with a line to the door. This is 100% a management issue. The manager appears to be a fine employee, but absolutely fails to manage anything. I won’t be back to this location. Gave it multiple shots. Disappointed every single time.

As a first-time app user, I received a promotion for free chips and guacamole with a purchase of $5 or more. On May 6th, I followed all the instructions exactly and placed my order for pickup at 1:40 PM Pacific Time.
When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was told to go inside the store and speak with a representative to claim the reward. After going inside, the employees denied the promotion and told me I wasn’t eligible, even though I had followed the app instructions correctly.
This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially as a first-time customer trying out the app. It honestly felt misleading and comes across like a scam to advertise a reward and then refuse to honor it at pickup. I expected much better customer service and clearer communication.

I placed an online order at Chipotle that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 7:20 PM. I arrived at the pickup window at 7:19 PM, only to be told my order wasn’t ready because there were “a lot of orders ahead of mine.” I politely asked how much longer and the employee responded, “I don’t know, we have a lot of orders.” I said that was fine and I would wait.
Then I was told I had to drive back around through the line because my order still wasn’t ready. I understood there was a car behind me, so I did what they asked. After going back around, there were now four cars ahead of me and another car immediately behind me. By the time I finally got my food at 7:50 PM, it was cold.
When I told the employee my burrito was cold, she acted irritated and started talking to another employee about me. I asked to check the rest of the food before agreeing to a remake, and I could hear an employee in the back laughing and making comments about me being upset my food was cold. One of them said something along the lines of, “If she wants to complain, maybe she should let us remake it.”
The employee who was laughing then came to the window herself. I told her she was being extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t be talking badly about customers who are upset because their food is cold due to the restaurant’s mistake. If I hadn’t been told to drive back around, my food likely would have still been warm. Her response was to throw her hands up and say, “Oh well, I guess that sucks,” before walking away.
I asked to speak to a manager. While I was waiting, the same employee said, “This girl’s about to make me crash out on someone today.” Completely unacceptable behavior in front of customers.
When I finally spoke with Josh, the manager, I asked for a refund because at that point I no longer wanted food handled by employees openly mocking and disrespecting me. He told me he could not issue a refund and that I would need to contact customer service online.
The employee’s name was Alanna. Her behavior was incredibly immature and unprofessional. Between the cold food, terrible customer service, eye rolling from employees, and employees openly talking badly about customers, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.
I will not be ordering from this location anymore for my family, and I will also be taking my staff meeting catering orders elsewhere.
I would appreciate a manager contacting me directly regarding this experience.

I walked through the door at 9:55, more than an hour before they closed. I did not get greeted, but rather got dirty looks from a woman with glasses and a man with colored hair. I waited for about five minutes as they were doing tasks, no problem. But once the lady started taking my order she had an attitude and continued with the dirty looks. Once I got checked out I noticed they charged me for queso which I did not get, so I politely asked for a refund. The lady tried saying I ordered it which I did not.. but I got my refund. Horrible attitude from the both of them.

I’ve been going here for years, the food is prepared pretty good, but I have a concern about the service I was hoping the team could kindly consider. I was wondering if you guys could pull your hair up? I don’t mean to be rude, but I didn’t feel comfortable seeing my burrito being made by an employee that had very long bubble braids bouncing around the food. While they were styled behind her head, they bounced around a lot. It came very close to touching the food when I watched it being prepared. I would appreciate if the long haired team members could consider buns or rolling up their hair in some way when around the food. Thank you for all that you guys do!
