Lots of homeless (which isn’t really an issue), however I found a nice place to sit inside and I could keep an eye on my car and enjoy a delicious burrito. The tables could have been a little cleaner (just a bit sticky) but besides that it was a good experience.

And let’s not forget the time spent waiting at the pickup counter in my car. I’ve been patiently waiting on my order for over 20 minutes after pickup, with a car in front of me that’s moving at a snail’s pace. This absolutely terrible service is a major disappointment.

The steak was extremely dry, and when I mentioned it to the staff, I was told they wouldn’t replace it until the current batch was finished. Since I don’t eat chicken, I took the steak anyway. When the employee served my bowl, the portion of steak was very small. I asked for double steak, but the second serving was also much smaller than what I would expect. It felt like they were trying to minimize the portion rather than provide the amount I was paying for. To make matters worse, the total came to $28 for a single meal. For that price, I expected much better food quality and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I won’t be returning to this location.
