Went to this spot during rush hour on a Thursday. We can close up shop - this is the best chipotle in Washington. Rice taste was perfect, bumping good music, burrito size on point, and the employees were all super nice.
- KKKevinJun 7, 20261.0I’ve held off on writing this review for over a year, but after giving this location more than five chances, and spending close to $200, I finally have to say something. Every single time, the order is blatantly wrong. I’ve received meals with the protein completely missing, fajita veggies left out, hair in my food, no corn, and “light” protein even when I paid extra. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I’ve reported the issues directly to management and through the app multiple times—and it’s only gotten worse. One of the last visits, I politely told the employee that my previous quesadilla was missing steak. She went to the back, and it looked like the staff was laughing. When I got home, I understood why: this order was even worse, because the quesadilla must’ve had 3 to 5 pieces of steak in total. The place is consistently dirty as well. I try not to be too hard on the younger employees working the line, because I’ve seen the older ladies yelling at them when they’re on the front counter. Still, that’s no excuse for the constant mistakes. You can see from the photos—there’s almost always something wrong with my food here.

I am not giving it a low review just because of this, but they are also the only location that refuses to put a little bit of cheese on the sides for my kids meal for my kid of course
