  I have been going to this Arby's for about a year roughly... They have there bad moments sometimes but overall, they have a very solid leadership team and an amazing manager. Recently they haven't had the best choices in terms of hiring new people and you can especially notice when you go in person. But, Marlena, Ruben, and Jaden always take care of me whenever me and my partner come in. I noticed in a previous review, there was a picture of a terrible/lazy employee who used to work there but I haven't seen her in weeks and I think they corrected that problem. 🤣 Either way, I love this Arby's and I hope you guys keep up the good work!

  Worst Arbys.. Dont go here. You are better off saving your money. This place offers horrible customer service. The atmosphere of the restaurant is beyond satisfactory for a customer to dine at. I waited for over 15 minutes and my order was still wrong. Thanks Arbys of Tacoma, for this horrible experience.

  Husband and I just moved to the area and we’ve been unpacking all day so we ordered food from here for dinner. I ordered the orange cream shake and didn’t receive it. Also didn’t get any of the sauce we ordered nor did we get utensils, I’m noticing this is just a thing with all the fast food places around here? I’ve worked fast food before and uber orders are the easiest orders to put together I’m not sure what is happening here. Didn’t have this issue the last area we lived in.

  I placed an order online, that my daughter was picking up. When she got there they told her it was already picked up by someone else. They wanted the order to be paid for a 2nd time. The staff was extremely rude, because they made a mistake. They kept complaining that it was a large order they had to remake. I will not be giving this location any business in the future, and I will happily share this experience with friends and family.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN DRIVE THROUGH, STILL WAITED ALMOST 15 MINUTES FOR 1 SANDWICH. NOBODY CAME TO THE WINDOW AND SAID ANYTHING. AVOID THIS LOCATION !!!!
