Food is fast food, so ok. The staff were great and efficient. Sadly, they were out of Arby's horsey sauce though.

Amber is amazing! She turned my whole day around today. She is friendly, quick thinking, and fast at getting things together. I had to place a mobile order through Uber, didn't get the deal I thought I was getting, also there is not an option to order things the way you want them, example, adding extra cheese, or getting honey mustard with anything besides chicken. She listened to me, didn't make excuses even though it had nothing to do with her, she just fixed it in the best way that she could. Willingly Without attitude. Please thank her for me, I will definitely be coming back to see her at this location.

the rod wave meal was really good. They also kicked my 5-year-old autistic son out, so I tied his leash around a pole outside while I thoroughly enjoyed my wavey Mac.

Not sure why it’s so disorganized here, but like most of the recent reviews I can confirm it’s unpleasant to go here. Orders placed after mine came out before me even though mine was a small order. I would use the drive though if possible it seems like that part they at least get done reasonably quick

Ordering & wait time:
Placed the order online with an estimated 5-minute pickup, but it ended up taking around 15 minutes. Not a huge issue by itself, especially since there were only about three staff members handling drive-thru, in-store orders, and cooking — clearly understaffed.
Food quality & packaging:
This was the main disappointment. The food seemed to be already prepared and sitting there, yet still took time to be handed over. Packaging was messy — buffalo sauce was spilled all over, which made the whole experience feel careless. Overall quality didn’t match what I usually expect from Arby’s.
Staff & ambience:
The staff seemed to be trying their best given the situation, and the place itself was clean and decent. No issues there.
Overall:
Feels like a staffing/operations issue more than anything, but it directly impacted food quality and experience.
Verdict:
Disappointing visit — not sure I’d come back to this location.
