WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS ARBY’S LOCATION?? In years prior this has always been a great Arbys- but today was horrific. I placed an order for two sandwiches to pick up at drive-thru. Nothing special, and no fries that would take time to cook, just a roast beef & a turkey sandwich. We get in drive-thru and there was one car in front of us. It was 7:50pm. At 8:18pm the car in front of us had still not moved and we still did not have our food. I telephoned and the phone rang several times, when a person answered, it was a womans voice. I asked if she could tell us how long before our order that was placed at 7:43pm would be ready, because we had been waiting in drive-thru over 20minutes. — she started screaming at me at the top of her lungs, but its anyones guess what she was saying, because it was just very squeaky loud shouting. She then hung the phone up before I could ask anything else. Seriously if you have orders waiting, customer service is your first job- just give a response about whats going on so we know if we need to go somewhere else. Its called “fast food” for a reason and usually people go through the drive-thru because they have other places they need to be, like work, etc. When we got to the drive-thru window, there was a young man asking if he could help us. He didn’t seem particularly well trained, but at least he was nice and said thank you when we left. After the way the lady screamed on the phone, I was afraid to eat the food. It was so over the top, like she was holding us responsible for her bad day. I hope shes not a member of the current management.

Kathys customer service was off the charts AWESOME!! But.....she only gave me 2 Arby sauces 😢
